Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience with hiring processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure e-Commerce operations meet customer expectations for shopping experience.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for on-line shopping staff.
• Plan product flow and create schedules according to guidelines.
• Lead and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor compliance with laws, food safety, and company policies.
• Drive weekly/periodic sales and wage budgets; strive for customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes in the e-Commerce area.
• Coordinate with management on initiatives and progress.
