• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proven supervisory experience
• Experience in hiring processes
• Strong organization skills

• Strong leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals and budgets
• Staff and develop associates to achieve desired results
• Interview, select and hire candidates for on-line shopping staff
• Schedule product flow and staffing in accordance with guidelines
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to safety and company policies
• Maintain compliance with laws and food safety procedures
• Provide feedback to management and respond to competitive landscape
