Job summary

The Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center is seeking an experienced Store e-Commerce Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day management of the on-line shopping department in Colorado. You will recruit, hire, and train staff while driving sales, managing product flow, and ensuring safety and compliance across the operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience supervising teams and hiring processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office software.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; able to stoop/kneel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store e-Commerce department to meet sales objectives and budgets.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for the on-line shopping department.
• Schedule product flow and staffing according to guidelines.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and complete performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve sales and wage budgets and maintain customer satisfaction.
