The Kroger Co. in Colorado is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day e-Commerce activities, staffing, and associate development to meet sales goals.

You will lead initiatives, ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, training, and monitoring performance, while delivering on budget targets and inventory control.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times per day.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and/or walk constantly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to achieve sales objectives, goals and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve desired results.
• Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
• Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the on-line shopping department.
• Meet the demands of product flow and create schedules according to guidelines.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and certify associates.
• Ensure orders are filled with products requested or comparable substitutes in a timely and effective manner.
• Lead team in the planning, implementation and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Analyze and respond to the competitive landscape.
• Monitor and control expenses for the department.
• Provide feedback to store management and district staff on effectiveness of operational plans.
