Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e-Commerce Assistant in Colorado Springs to support day-to-day operations of the store’s e-Commerce department. Duties include training staff, maintaining order flow, and ensuring safety and compliance while upholding the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Able to read shelf tags.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with the ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs and staff requirements.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, item location, and temperatures.
