Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor in Aurora, Colorado to assist the Store e-Commerce manager with day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with laws and company guidelines, and support scheduling and training.

The role requires strong communication skills, ability to manage orders and staff, and a commitment to Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed per guidelines.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and ensure readiness for duties.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies to pricing, scanning, item location, and temperature types.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Learn and implement process improvements from the division or enterprise e-Commerce team.
• Provide feedback on team members’ daily and annual performance.
