You will supervise team members, ensure compliance with laws and guidelines, and support scheduling and order processing. The role requires strong organizational skills, basic computer literacy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags and interpret pricing.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with store systems.
• Basic math skills for counting and reconciliation.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with laws, food safety and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train team in selector and customer attendant duties.
• Act as in-charge when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling and workload distribution.
• Manage intake of customer orders and assign work to the team.
• Print/distribute order labels, including perishables.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organize staging areas.
