Job summary

Kroger in Indio, CA is seeking an experienced Store e-Commerce Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, and develop a capable team. You will ensure timely order fulfillment, adherence to policies, and execution of e-Commerce initiatives across the department.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and retail/POS experience to meet weekly and annual targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with POS systems in a retail environment.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store’s e-Commerce department to achieve sales objectives and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and on time with substitutions when needed.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and food safety procedures.
