Job summary

Fred Meyer is seeking an individual to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in daily operations, supporting the e-Commerce department across order intake, labeling, and equipment troubleshooting. The role emphasizes teamwork, scheduling support, and adherence to food safety and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Self-directed with ability to execute projects with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department whenStore e-Commerce manager is unavailable
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates' needs
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to selectors and attendants
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
• Maintain supplies and keep staging areas organized
• Suggest process improvements from division or enterprise e-Commerce team
• Provide feedback on team performance and conduct reviews
• Work cooperatively in fast-paced environments and handle conflicts calmly
