Kroger is seeking a capable store e-Commerce operations leader to manage daily activities, staff development, and achievement of sales and budgets. You will recruit, train, and supervise the online shopping team while ensuring top customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on meeting product flow, scheduling, and compliance across safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in staff hiring and scheduling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure e-Commerce meets customer expectations for ease of shopping and cleanliness.
• Interview, hire, and train staff for on-line shopping roles.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventories and coordinate with management to address issues.
