Job summary

Fry's Food Stores seeks an experienced e-Commerce Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day activities of the online department. You will staff the team, develop associates, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, while aligning with company values and safety standards.

Your role will drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, optimize product flow, and achieve weekly, period, and annual sales targets within budget.

• Supervisory experience or equivalent
• Experience in staff recruitment and development
• Strong organizational and planning abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department
• Staff the department and develop associates to meet goals
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and on time
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives
• Monitor sales, budgets and customer satisfaction metrics
• Provide feedback to management on operational plans
