Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales targets and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Interview, hire, and train candidates for on-line shopping roles.
• Direct product flow, scheduling, and adherence to laws and company policies.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and monitor key performance metrics.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time; manage substitutions as needed.
• Monitor expenses and maintain equipment; provide feedback to management.
