You will lead order processing, product flow, scheduling, training, and performance reviews, ensuring compliance with food safety rules and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum: supervisory experience and hiring experience.
• Strong organization and leadership skills required.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lb and standing/walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Staff the on-line shopping department and supervise day-to-day e-Commerce operations.
• Interview, hire, and develop associates.
• Manage product flow and scheduling to meet budgets and goals.
• Lead initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal laws and food safety rules.
• Train and coach associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Analyze competitive landscape and respond with effective actions.
• Control expenses and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Provide feedback to management on operational effectiveness.
