Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager for the Saint George, UT location. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and development of associates to achieve sales objectives and budgets.

You will ensure customer satisfaction through efficient order fulfillment, inventory control, and compliance with food safety and company guidelines. You will lead the team in planning and executing e-Commerce initiatives, coordinating with store management and division e-Commerce

Qualifications

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; supervisory experience; hire process experience; ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs during day; stand/walk for extended periods; bend/crouch; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of store e-Commerce department to meet sales goals and budgets.
Staff department and develop associates to achieve results.
Interview, select and hire candidates for online shopping staff.
Meet product flow demands and create schedules.
Lead e-Commerce initiatives and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory, substitutions, and delivery processes.
Provide feedback to management and departments on operational plans.
