Job summary

Smith's Food & Drug Centers is seeking a Store e-Commerce Assistant to support day-to-day e-Commerce operations. You will help with scheduling, order intake, labeling, and ensuring clean, organized staging areas while following company guidelines.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and basic computer and math skills. You will work in a fast-paced store environment, assisting during busy periods and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction)
• Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision
• Experience in production-oriented or warehouse environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day e-Commerce operations.
• Support scheduling and workload distribution.
• Open/close procedures as required.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribution of work to selectors and attendants.
