Job summary

Kroger Co. is seeking an individual to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department. You will help ensure excellent customer experience, oversee staff, train team members, and manage orders and labeling while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of the e-Commerce department when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organize staging areas.
• Report pricing/discrepancies and temperature type issues to manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements from e-Commerce teams.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
