Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of store e-Commerce department to meet sales objectives and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure customer expectations for easy shopping, variety, and cleanliness are met.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for online shopping operations.
• Meet product flow demands and create schedules accordingly.
• Lead initiative planning and execution of e-Commerce projects.
• Monitor and control department expenses and maintain safety standards.
• Provide feedback to management on operational plans and effectiveness.
