Job summary

Kroger is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day store e-Commerce department, drive sales, and ensure staff development. The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and POS experience in a retail environment.

You will oversee order fulfillment, scheduling, and adherence to safety standards while coordinating with store management to meet budgets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities are required.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills are essential.
• Retail experience is preferred to understand store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-Commerce store operations to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, laws, and company guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives and respond to the competitive landscape.
• Monitor orders, substitutions, inventory, and scheduling to optimize performance.
• Provide feedback to management on program effectiveness and cost control.
