Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times daily.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and/or walk constantly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales objectives, goals, and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve desired results.
• Ensure e-Commerce department meets customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the online shopping department.
• Create schedules according to guidelines and manage product flow.
• Train associates on all functions of the order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and ensure timely order fulfillment and substitutions as needed.
• Monitor and control department expenses and ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures.
• Provide feedback to management and relevant teams on operational effectiveness and issues.
