Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager in Zionsville, IN to oversee day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department, staffing, and associate development while upholding Kroger's core values of respect, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Proven supervisory experience in a retail or service setting.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times per day.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and to stoop/kneel as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the e-Commerce department meets or exceeds customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the online shopping department.
• Meet product flow demands and create schedules according to guidelines.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and certify them when goals are reached.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and food safety procedures.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Lead the team in planning, implementing and executing e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve or exceed weekly, period, and annual sales and wage budgets, plus customer satisfaction targets.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and respond effectively.
