Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to read shelf tags and understand store layout.
• Basic computer skills for order processing.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Basic math skills for counting and totals.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for easy shopping and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform selector and attendant duties as needed.
• Train functions of selector and attendant roles.
• Act as lead for e-Commerce when manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operations and staffing needs.
• Maintain intake of orders and assign work to staff.
• Print/distribute order labels for perishable items.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and keep staging areas organized.
• Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, and locations.
• Perform opening/closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements from e-Commerce teams.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
