The eCommerce Associate is responsible for selecting, evaluating, photographing, and listing donated merchandise for online sales. This role ensures accurate item descriptions, professional product photography, proper inventory management, and timely shipping to maximize Goodwill's online sales and profit margins. The Associate maintains inventory systems, ensures the correct flow of merchandise, and follows all safety and operational procedures. This role supports multiple functions within the e-commerce department and focuses on meeting daily and monthly performance targets.

The employee regularly works in an indoor eCommerce/warehouse environment and may be exposed to dust, lint, and animal hair from donated goods. Noise levels vary from quiet to loud depending on operational activity. The employee may occasionally be exposed to moving machinery.
