Fred Meyer, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store e-Commerce Manager in Portland, Oregon to support day-to-day operations of the store's e‑Commerce department.

You will help manage customer orders, supervise staff, read shelf tags, and ensure accurate labeling and fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and safety while offering flexible part-time hours and opportunities for growth within the Kroger family.

Qualificações

• Minimum: Proven supervisory experience.
• Basic ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates' needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels for perishable departments.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Provide feedback on team performance and participate in reviews.
