Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e-Commerce supervisor to support day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department. This role upholds our values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety while ensuring high service standards.

You will supervise staff, train team members, manage orders, and handle scheduling to meet store needs in a fast-paced environment. The position requires attention to detail and strong customer communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions/duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of e-Commerce department when Store e-Commerce manager unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates' needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to staff.
• Print/distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organize staging areas/equipment.
• Report discrepancies to pricing/scanning/item location/temperature types.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements as directed.
• Provide feedback on team members' performance.
