Qualifications

• Minimum: Supervisory experience, ability to read shelf tags, basic computer skills, strong communication, basic math, and self-direction.
• Desired: experience in production or warehouse environments, ensuring compliance with laws and safety procedures, scheduling, coordinating e-Commerce tasks, and training roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates' needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels for standard and perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices as needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Provide feedback on daily performance and participate in performance reviews.
