Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising staff in a retail setting.
• Ability to read and interpret shelf tags accurately.
• Fundamental computer use and basic software familiarity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic for counting and transactions.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates' needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to selectors and attendants as needed.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable items.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Provide support and feedback on team performance and reviews.
• Interact with customers and colleagues to resolve issues professionally.
