Job summary

Happier Grocery is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to lead daily online operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain proactive, courteous communication with customers across our digital channels. You will own the flow of orders, monitor live updates, and drive accountability for timely shipping and service excellence.

In this role, you will supervise e-commerce team members when assigned, coordinate with in-store operations, and align online priorities with store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce order fulfillment or retail operations.
• Supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with order management systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order flow, fulfillment, and team coordination.
• Own the orders email account and ensure timely responses with proper communication etiquette.
• Oversee timely fulfillment of nationwide shipping orders with accuracy.
• Pick and pack e-commerce orders efficiently and accurately.
• Strategically manage e-commerce associates when assigned to e-commerce operations.
• Coordinate between in-store and online order priorities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain website accuracy by monitoring product listings, availability, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, delivering effective resolutions.
• Provide feedback to management on operational concerns and workflow inefficiencies.
• Greet customers and support front-of-house operations as needed.
