Responsibilities

• Utilize internal software to locate, scan, and assemble customer orders from the retail floor and back-of-house storage.
• Select only the highest-quality perishables, produce, and specialty items, strictly adhering to expiration dates and visual presentation standards.
• Select appropriate, high-quality alternatives for out-of-stock items, keeping customer preferences and dietary restrictions in mind.
• Securely pack orders using branded delivery materials, ensuring fragile items, frozen goods, and hot foods are separated and temperature controlled.
• Act as the point of contact for order modifications, processing customer returns, or resolving dispatch delays under tight timelines.
• Ensure a seamless, elevated experience that makes every customer feel at home
• You will be willing to flex where the team needs you in time of crucial support
