Job summary

Pipe17 Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Support Specialist to assist Solution Architects during customer onboarding by preparing documentation, test cases, and system configurations.

You will help customers with basic operational questions and document workflows across tools like Asana, Zendesk, and HubSpot. You will learn to configure integrations between e-commerce platforms, ERPs, 3PLs, and marketplaces, perform data validation on orders, inventory, and shipments, and monitor sync issues while

• Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, or system integrations.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Curiosity about e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Solution Architects during onboarding by preparing docs, test cases, and system configurations.
• Answer basic operational or technical questions under supervision.
• Document workflows, settings, and troubleshooting steps in Asana, Zendesk, HubSpot.
• Learn to configure and test integrations between e-commerce platforms, ERPs, 3PLs, and marketplaces.
• Perform data validation checks for orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Monitor sync errors, escalations, and customer-reported issues.
• Track project tasks and deadlines with Solution Architects.
• Escalate technical issues with clear documentation.
• Contribute to knowledge base and internal process docs.
