Job summary

The Salvation Army Riverside County ARC Perris is seeking an E-commerce Associate to handle processing, shipping, and listing creation for online sales. You will ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications while supporting customers via multiple channels.

This role supports the Riverside Distribution Center and aims to meet daily posting quotas and sales targets. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, strong computer skills, and 2+ years in customer service or retail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Photoshop knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship sold merchandise and manage orders.
• Create and update product listings with accurate details.
• Meet daily posting quotas and sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone.
• Coordinate inventory and securely store pending items.
