Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of merchandise from intake to listing, sale, and shipping.
• Establish efficient processes for researching, listing, photographing, storing, and shipping merchandise.
• Ensure inventory is organized, tracked, and moved timely.
• Coach and develop assigned employees; set clear expectations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to improve merchandise identification and flow for e-commerce.
• Maintain accurate performance reporting and asset controls.
• Ensure safety and compliance in the department.
