Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is seeking an E-Commerce Supervisor to support the E-Commerce Manager and lead the team in daily operations. You will drive company-related errands and ensure adherence to Goodwill policies, along with supervising ShopGoodwill and E-Books staff.

• Must be able to drive for company business with a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass driver record and background check.
• Willingness to adhere to Goodwill policies, safety procedures, and departmental rules.
• Experience supervising E-Commerce teams or related operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the E-Commerce Manager, monitor ShopGoodwill and E-Books employees.
• Assist in processing and separating incoming donations and ensure workflow alignment with Production Standards.
• Maximize online sales via proper product selection, photography, descriptions, and accurate inventory levels.
• Provide timely, courteous customer service to shoppers, donors, and employees; address complaints within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with Workforce & Family Services for participant program support and maintain store appearance and safety.
