• Strong leadership and ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute eCommerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
• Lead, manage, and train eCommerce associates and supervisors.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and execute initiatives.
