Goodwill of Greater Washington is seeking a Director of Ecommerce to lead strategy and execution for online retail. You will drive innovation, automation, and growth, expanding product categories while leveraging donation volume to enhance revenue, net income, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and hands-on leadership to develop talent and scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in a high-performing ecommerce leadership role.
• Experience implementing AI technologies.
• Strong communication with senior executives.
• Ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create ecommerce strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Expand key product categories and leverage donation volume.
• Build automation roadmaps and scale tech-based systems.
• Drive efficiencies using AI and optimize inventory flow.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor/ marketplace accounts.
• Monitor KPIs to forecast needs and replenish inventory.
• Collaborate with Retail Directors and General Managers on product flow.
• Develop ecommerce talent and leadership across the team.
• Oversee annual ecommerce plan and budget.
