Job summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay seeks an experienced E‑Commerce Operations Leader to drive online sales, margin, and security for donated goods. You will manage inventories, listings, shipping, and team performance while coordinating with leadership to achieve strategic goals.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in E‑Commerce management within Goodwill or retail, with jewelry knowledge preferred and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years’ E-Commerce management experience with Goodwill or related retail.
• Prior jewelry knowledge or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and margin from donated goods through online sales.
• Oversee security procedures and audits for loss control.
• Analyze sales and expense reports to improve margin and processes.
• Manage listing, handling, rotation, and shipping of merchandise.
• Oversee department budget and cost controls.
• Lead and develop a high-performing E-Commerce team.
• Ensure adherence to policies and compliance across operations.
• Collaborate with VP and Director on strategic growth.
