Qualifications

• 6 years' experience in retail store or e-commerce required for high school diploma.
• 4 years' experience in retail store or e-commerce required for associate's degree.
• 2 years' experience in retail store or e-commerce required for bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Ensure world class customer service practices, addressing inquiries timely.
• Evaluate E-business operating practices for efficiency and growth.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and support E-commerce and E-books teams.
• Prepare yearly budgets, review monthly statements for accuracy.
• Train retail store teams to enhance E-Commerce and E-Book performance.
