Keller Executive Search is seeking a Director of E-commerce Sales for a client in the personal care and beauty appliances industry. The hybrid work model is in Long Beach, CA, guiding online sales across major marketplaces and direct channels to drive growth and profitability.

You will build e-commerce plans, coordinate pricing and listings with marketing, monitor performance metrics, and develop the e-commerce team while managing marketplace relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 15+ years of sales experience in consumer products or e-commerce.
• 10+ years managing a sales team.
• Experience growing sales through Amazon or comparable marketplaces.

Responsabilidades

• Build e-commerce sales plans and marketplace growth strategies.
• Coordinate online pricing, listings, and promotions with marketing.
• Monitor sales data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
