Job summary

Revision Skincare in Irving, TX is seeking an analytical E-Commerce Manager to lead our branded DTC website. You will design data-driven customer journeys, partner with our CRM agency, and own the Shopify storefront to drive conversion and growth.

You will own GA4 and Shopify Analytics, optimize SEO (GEO/AEO), manage subscriptions, and collaborate across Brand, CRM, and Analytics to deliver measurable outcomes. The role is hybrid and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DTC ecommerce management.
• Advanced knowledge of Shopify admin and app ecosystem.
• Expert GA4 and Shopify Analytics; Excel pivot tables.
• Experience designing data-driven, personalized journeys.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO and AEO strategies.
• Experience with personalization tools and subscriptions.
• Agency & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to run A/B tests and CRO programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer journeys across awareness to loyalty.
• Own Shopify storefront and manage site performance.
• Direct merchandising lifecycle of listings, landing pages, content.
• Own GA4 and Shopify Analytics for KPIs.
• Develop SEO strategies including GEO and AEO.
• Collaborate with Brand, CRM and Analytics stakeholders.
• Lead lifecycle CRM programs and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee subscription growth and app ecosystem.
• Ensure testing roadmap with A/B and multivariate tests.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM and Inventory on promo calendar.
