GARLAND SALES INC. in Dalton, GA is seeking a Director of E-Commerce to architect our next phase of digital growth and lead a P&L owning transformation from traditional wholesale to premium, brand-driven retail.

The role requires building a full digital ecosystem across Amazon, Wayfair, and big box dot-coms, driving customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and experience while collaborating across Design, Production, Finance, and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading e-commerce growth for high-SKU catalogs.
• Deep Amazon Seller Central & marketplace operations knowledge.
• Experience with large retailers (Home Depot, Walmart, Wayfair).
• Data-driven mindset translating portal data into executive insights.
• On-site presence required at corporate facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the eCommerce strategy and architecture.
• Launch and scale digital sub-brands with high margins.
• Create and manage the digital marketing calendar.
• Lead the eCommerce team to deliver strong online experiences.
• Oversee daily eCommerce operations, site performance and analytics.
• Own the digital P&L and report Net Channel Profitability.
• Implement test-and-learn to improve campaigns.
• Oversee content development including campaigns and photography.
• Collaborate with Design, Production, Finance and Warehouse.
• Review monthly performance and recommend strategic actions.
• Coordinate with Board/Executive team on external marketplace agency.
