Job summary

Cherry Talent Group is partnering with an Atlanta-based home improvement company to hire an eCommerce Growth Lead. This onsite role owns online revenue strategy and guides a two-person marketing/content team, collaborating with technical leadership to develop the tools, reporting, and systems that enable growth.

You will analyze revenue, conversion, AOV, traffic quality, CAC, ROAS, and margins, while driving Shopify merchandising, SEO, email/SMS campaigns, and paid media strategies with autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce growth or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and optimize conversions.
• Experience leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own eCommerce revenue strategy and growth initiatives.
• Monitor revenue metrics: conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS and margins.
• Lead Shopify merchandising, SEO, email/SMS, and paid media plans.
• Partner with technical leadership to build reporting tools and tracking.
• Provide direction to marketing/content team and drive data-driven decisions.
