Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in U.S. domestic 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, or overseas warehousing.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical fulfillment solutions and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close opportunities with mid-sized and large e-commerce brands, retailers, and other prospective customers.
• Understand customers' supply chain and fulfillment requirements and recommend warehousing, order fulfillment, returns management, and related logistics solutions.
• Work with operations and technical teams to assess WMS capabilities, e-commerce platform integrations, service-level requirements, and fulfillment cost structures.
• Develop customer proposals and pricing based on operational requirements, service commitments, cost considerations, and business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, manage sales pipelines, and support long-term account growth.
• Collaborate with operations, solutions, technology, and China-based teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable and executable.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to grow the U.S. fulfillment business.
• Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion.
