Job summary

JD Logistics, part of JD.com, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to accelerate growth across key U.S. markets including CA, NJ, TX, and GA.

You will own strategic sales planning, build and lead a high-performing team, and manage strategic customer relationships with a focus on mid-to-large deals. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product and cross-functional partners to design campaigns, expand channels, and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in 3PL, logistics, or warehousing.
• Proven track record of closing mid-to-large deals as an individual contributor.
• Strong understanding of 3PL services (warehousing, fulfillment, transportation).
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate annual sales strategies and define target decomposition for team execution.
• Build and refine the sales team through training and performance management.
• Lead key account development and negotiate long-term partnerships.
