Job summary

JD Logistics, part of JD.com, is seeking a Sales Manager in Fontana, California. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and growth.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/Logistics and at least 3 years of experience in ecommerce/3PL/contract logistics, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Competitive base salary with commission benefits.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within eCommerce/3PL/Contract Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions; excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $110,000 Base + Commission

What You’ll Do

Experience in Contract Logistics/3PL business strongly preferred.

• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and building long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainability

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales eCommerce/3PL/Contract Logistics industries.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
