Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking an E-Commerce Associate full-time at the Honolulu Warehouse. The role involves listing products, managing inventory, and coordinating shipping to ensure timely orders.

You will create accurate product descriptions, post high-quality photos, provide customer support across email, chat, and phone, and work with the team to meet daily quotas and sales targets.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office on Windows.
• Experience with online marketplaces and Photoshop preferred.
• Team player who can work independently and under pressure.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• 2-4 years of customer service or retail experience.
• Ability to identify high-value designer merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Process stock shipping, scheduling, and order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory and update listings.
• Create and optimize product listings with descriptions and images.
• Select high-value items for online sale.
• Test items for functionality or authenticity.
• Photograph and present merchandise online.
• Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone.
• Meet posting quotas and sales targets.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager and team.
