Job summary

The Salvation Army Honolulu Warehouse is seeking an E-Commerce Associate full-time on-site to manage online listings and order fulfillment. You will coordinate inventory, post products, and ensure accurate descriptions and images to attract buyers.

You will assist customers via email, chat, and phone, hit daily posting quotas, and work with the District Sales Manager and Operations team to grow the online store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong computer skills with Windows OS and MS Office.
• Photoshop knowledge preferred.
• 2–4 years of customer service/retail experience.
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
• Experience with online selling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Address stock shipping, coordinate scheduling, and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Administer inventory procedures to track listings and securely store pending items in designated areas.
• Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and

• Test items to confirm functionality or authenticity before posting, such as electronics and
