Job Description

Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
2. Ensure team members adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
3. Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed
4. Train team members in their roles
5. Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the manager is unavailable
6. Assist with scheduling and maintain order intake and work distribution
7. Print and distribute order labels
8. Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment
9. Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas
10. Report discrepancies and issues to the e-Commerce manager
11. Perform opening and closing procedures
12. Implement process improvements as directed
13. Provide feedback on team performance
14. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts effectively
15. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
16. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
17. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
18. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

Minimum

• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Self-directed with minimal supervision

Desired

• Experience in production, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles
