e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Self-directed with the ability to execute projects independently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashiering
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Ensure team compliance with laws, food safety, and company policies
  • Perform roles of selectors and customer attendants as needed
  • Train team members on their roles
  • Act as the department head in the absence of the Store e-Commerce manager
  • Assist with scheduling and order intake
  • Distribute work and print order labels
  • Troubleshoot equipment and maintain supplies
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
  • Report discrepancies and issues to the manager
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Implement process improvements and provide performance feedback
  • Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally
  • Act with honesty and integrity, respecting customer and business confidentiality
  • Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
