e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • Experience in production, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles
  • Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience
  • Ensure compliance with laws, food safety, and company policies
  • Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
  • Train team members in various roles
  • Act as the department lead when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
  • Assist with scheduling and order intake
  • Manage equipment troubleshooting and supplies
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
  • Report discrepancies and issues to management
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Implement process improvements
  • Provide performance feedback and conduct reviews
  • Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
  • Manage conflicts professionally
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
