e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Basic math skills (e.g., counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Self-directed with the ability to execute projects independently
Desired Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier roles
  • Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with laws, food safety procedures, and company policies
  • Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
  • Train team members in all functions and duties
  • Act as the e-Commerce department lead when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
  • Assist with scheduling and order intake, and distribute work accordingly
  • Manage order labels and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Maintain supplies, organization, and cleanliness of work areas
  • Report discrepancies and issues to the manager
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Implement process improvements as directed
  • Provide feedback on team performance and participate in reviews
  • Work effectively in high-paced, stressful environments
  • Manage conflicts professionally and ethically
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
