Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an Associate Team Leader to support the Team Leader in delivering outstanding Customer Service & E-Commerce operations. You will help manage checkout experiences, grocery delivery and pickup, and drive safety, quality, and team productivity at your store.

You will monitor KPIs, assist in scheduling, coaching, and mentoring Team Members, participate in hiring activities, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while upholding WFM values.

Qualifications

• 1) 18+ months retail experience including 6+ months of supervisory experience.
• 2) Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• 3) Ability to analyze and address performance gaps using data.
